MYPSR - Give Time, Get Satisfaction




Concluded a seven week program on the seven key modules in delivering excellent service to a group of project managers from SmartLife.

MYPSR is MY Personal Social Responsibility. It is a voluntary program aiming to impart customer service skills to those who are not sent by the organizations nor can themselves afford such courses. This is conducted with any organization that would like to have their CSR program with MYPSR.

TALK SHOW AT EMIRATES LITERATURE FOUNDATION




Talk show held at the Emirates Literature Foundation courtyard. It was on the varied and challenging experiences that resulted in publishing the book. This was followed by the book signing event. Had a full house of audience from various nationalities.

'Delighting Customers Is’ participated in the DSES bazaar.




Dubai Service Excellence Scheme bazaar was held on 25, 26 & 27 Aug 2016. In the bazaar they had a reading booth where they collected used books and sold them at a discounted price. The funds from sale on books was donated to a special needs school. My book 'Delighting Customers Is' also participated in the drive where the books were sold at a discounted price and a percentage of the proceeds was donated to support the cause.
